Shipping Policy

At LASH FANAT!C, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Partner

Our current delivery partner is Royal Mail.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, your delivery address, and the postal service option selected.

UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service provides full tracking throughout the delivery journey until your parcel has been delivered.

Delivery typically takes between 1–5 working days; however, delivery times may vary and can be longer during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond Royal Mail’s control.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

LASH FANAT!C cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to assist in locating your parcel, LASH FANAT!C is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

A parcel will be considered lost only after Royal Mail’s official investigation period has elapsed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If international shipping becomes available, delivery times, shipping costs, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times and Liability

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

LASH FANAT!C shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from delayed delivery.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
