Returns

* Have all seals, protective wrapping, and packaging intact.

* Lash tweezers.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

* Lash adhesives.
* Lash shampoos.
* Primers.
* Removers.
* Sealants.
* Cleansers.
* Any liquid-based products.
* Any opened or used products.
* Gift cards.

These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

* Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as LASH FANAT!C cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the returned item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty product, damaged goods, or an error on our part.

Where an order qualified for free shipping and the return results in the remaining order value falling below the free shipping threshold, LASH FANAT!C reserves the right to deduct the applicable shipping cost from the refund amount.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

The performance of lash adhesives and other retention-related products can be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

* Client aftercare.
* Individual environmental factors.

As these factors are outside our control, we cannot guarantee specific retention results or performance outcomes.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products that have been opened and used solely due to dissatisfaction with performance, retention, drying time, or application results, unless the product is found to be faulty.
